When you join the Friends of the Oceanside Pubic Library, you are telling the community that libraries and lifelong learning are important; that access to up-to-date information is indispensable to the development of human potential and enlightened self-government.
The FOPL is committed to helping the library stay abreast of the times. They supply funding for the library budget for books, magazines, recordings and videos. FOPL also supports programming, including the exciting Reading, Writing & Rhythm cultural series and the Summer Reading Club.
